各國邁向高齡化，照護人力的需求遽增，新冠疫情過後，人力短缺加劇，健康專業人力(Human Resource for Health) 成為各國醫療衛生施政重點，世界衛生組織（WHO）也提出「2030健康專業人力資源全球政策(Global Strategy on Human Resources For Health: Workforce 2030)」致力於規劃未來的專業照護人力需求及需具備的能力，因其關乎國家發展和全民健康。

本屆國際研討會邀請來自美國、日本、台灣的產官學專家，分享各國在後疫情時代、智慧科技領銜的大環境下，以前瞻性與創新思維的政策規劃，整合智慧健康照護與人力資源，造就政策革新、專業自主、團隊合作的新局面。

Population ageing is happening globally, demanding great healthcare manpower. A shortage of health human resources has been worsened obviously after the pandemic. “Human Resource for Health” becomes a major medical healthcare issue in many countries. The World Health Organisation (WHO) proposes the “Global Strategy on Human Resources for Health: Workforce 2030”, to address important plans for future healthcare professionals and their capacity needed. As the plans can have strong impacts on a nation’s development and the citizens’ well-being.

At the 16^th international conference, some honorable official officers, academics and clinical professionals from USA, Japan and Taiwan will dedicate their expertise sharing on the innovative, forward thinking of the resource policies, under current era of post-pandemic and advanced technology. Hopefully, integrated intelligent health care and human resources can open up a new ground for all with innovative policies, professional autonomy and cooperative teamwork.

9. 報名費用 (Registration Fees)  

◎報名費用說明：

• 一般報名費用為新台幣1,500元；於2024年6月9日(星期日)報名截止。
• 早鳥優惠價為新台幣1000元，需於2024年5月20日(星期一)前完成早鳥報名及繳交費用。
• 中臺學生優惠價為新台幣1000元，報名時需檢附學生證，在2024年5月20 日(星期一)前完成報名及繳交費用。

◎Registration Fees explained:

     Regular fees: NT$1,500.

     Regular registrations must be registered before 9^th June, 2024。

     Early bird fees: NT$1000, to be registered and paid before 20^th May 2024.

     Discount fees for CTUST students: NT$1000;  the student fees must be registered with the Student ID Card and paid before 20^th May 2024.

◎繳費方式說明：

• 報名完成後，「繳費單」將mail至報名者的個人信箱，報名者再持繳費單繳費。
• 繳費期限:2024年 6 月13日(四)前完成繳費。
• 繳費通路:四大超商(7-11、全家、萊爾富、OK便利商店)、郵局、合作金庫臨櫃。

◎Payment Instructions:

10. 退費事宜 (Refund/ Withdrawal )

若因故欲取消報名者，請於原訂研討會十天前(2024年 6月19日前) email至 107943@ctust.edu.tw 申請退費（逾期恕不受理），我們將保留30%的手續費，並於原訂研討會舉辦日期後統一辦理退費，約需一個月工作天數。

If you need to withdraw from registration due to unexpected circumstances, please request a refund by sending an email to 107943@ctust.edu.tw (No refund will be given after the due date of 19^th June 2024). 30% of registration fees will be deducted as a handling charge. The refund will be received within one month of working days after the conference date.

 (5) 結果通知及注意事項 (Result & Notifications)

所有的摘要，將由審查委員進行審閱，預計於2024年6月4日 前以email通知該文的代表報名作者錄取與否；投稿口頭發表者，經錄取，個別通知邀請口報。若未完成繳費者，將取消發表資格。

The members of Conference Committee will review all of the abstracts. Then, the representative author of the article will be informed via email about the decision on acceptance or decline, by 4^th JUNE (Tue.) 2024. An invitation to oral presentation will be individually issued to the representative author according to the committee’s decision. If the payment is not completed, the qualification to present will be revoked.

海報發表者請於海報發表時段，至少一位代表作者在場，以便進行海報發表與觀

摩。

For poster presentation, the representative author (one of the authors) is expected to present beside your poster during the poster sessions, in order to answer conference delegates’ enquiry.

(6)  海報展示論文之尺寸規格：寬 90cm，高 120cm。

The size of the poster is limited to:  90cm of width,   120 cm of height.

         The directions below are written for online-submitting abstracts to The 16^th International Academic Conference 2024. 

       1.The abstract must be No more than 500 words. 

   Either English or Chinese abstracts are acceptable.

      2. Author’s names must be written as: full name, job title, the title of highest academic achievement, and the author’s affiliations.   In addition, the representative author, who registers to represent the submitted article, must fill in      his/her personal contact details.

       3. Contents of the abstract must be written separately into each field of the Submission Form to include the following six domains, which are:

   投稿摘要格式指引，如下:
